Troy Mann has done a lot of fishing with his father, Robert, but neither of them had ever nailed a billfish and were looking forward to their first one on the STRIKE ONE!  Well, to be honest, March offered slim pickings and the Captains and Crew had to go a step beyond to find ANYTHING!  Bob is showing us a good sized Jack Cravelle that put up a great fight, but it looks like they will have to try again for a billfish.  See you guys next year!

Actually, this was not a fishing trip, but AQUA GUY, Mike did some pretty fantastic things for our buddies this month and certainly deserves a mention.  This is Petre Myska, a Biologist who specializes in Animal Behavior and quite appropriately is riding on

the back of a giant Manta Ray and considered this experience AMAZING.  A week has passed and Petre is still AMAZED that he could spend such a fantastic day scuba-diving with Mike.  AQUA GUY in our opinion is the best and if you are interested in Scuba or Snorkeling, he should be your best option for an AMAZING experience!

Wayne Davis spent a great day on the STRIKE ONE, he was accompanied by three lovely ladies and this sounds like a dream come true for any guy, but the best part of Wayne's day was when he hooked a very big Dorado, the girls were forgotten and here he is with his little beauty of the day.  The aim of the trip for the entire group was to hook a billfish, but if you have read this month's report, you will see that this was not an easy task.   Okay everyone, why don't you forget the traditional vacation plans and visit Vallarta in the late summer or fall and then we can almost certainly find the bills that you are after.   No guarantees, but that is prime fishing for Puerto Vallarta.
